Mitchell County Hospital Auxiliary
Board Members | Mission | Vision
The Mitchell County Hospital Auxiliary is an active support organization for Mitchell County Regional Health Center (MCRHC). The auxiliary currently boasts nearly 200 members. Some of their most recent projects include:
- Spring Salad Luncheon to raise funds for hospital projects
- Sponsor of the Blood Center of Iowa Blood Drives in Osage
- Book sales twice yearly for fundraising
- Gift shop merchandise for sale to the public for fundraising
- Assistance with MCRHC Annual Children’s Health Fair
In addition, auxiliary volunteers are active on a daily basis greeting patients and visitors at the volunteer desk, assisting patients to locations in the clinic and hospital and clerical tasks as needed.

The Auxiliary’s Mission and Vision are as follows:
Mission:
The mission of the Mitchell County Hospital Auxiliary shall be to promote and advance the welfare of the Mitchell County Hospital.
Vision:
Mitchell County Hospital Auxiliary will be recognized as an integral part of the services provided by the hospital.
