Osteopathic Adjustment
Osteopathic adjustment uses a variety of specific techniques which can help improve or correct conditions that are clearly related to the musculoskeletal system. These techniques performed by a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) are often used in conjunction with other therapy such as stretching and treatment with medications. Osteopathic adjustment is primarily used to treat acute problems. Some people, however, find benefit with periodic osteopathic adjustment to aid in management of chronic back and neck difficulties.
