Qualifications:

CCS-P or equivalent experience preferred. 
Rural Health Clinic Coding Experience and knowledge of Medicate Coding/Billing preferred
Knowledge of ICD-9-CM and CPT coding guidelines preferred. 
Medical Background helpful

Pay Rate:

$11.39-$14.88

This position reports directly to the HIM Manager and is mainly responsible for Coding and releasing rural health clinic claims and clinic tests.  The position is also responsible for assisting with other duties within the department as assigned by the HIM manager.
